"Ask Anything About Redevelopment and Reconstruction!"
Consultation and Project Feasibility Analysis by Field Experts
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) has opened the "Ask Anything About Redevelopment and Reconstruction!" bulletin board and established an online communication channel to address residents' questions about complex and difficult maintenance projects.
The "Ask Anything About Redevelopment and Reconstruction!" service provides a variety of services, starting from the basic types of maintenance projects and definitions of terms, to procedures for maintenance projects, resolution of related disputes, and legal consultations.
Additionally, for areas requested by residents, the bulletin board analyzes the aging level and project conditions for each project type such as redevelopment, reconstruction, and Moa Town, and guides feasible projects. The bulletin board is primarily managed by public officials in charge of the maintenance project department, and if necessary, advice can be sought from the Gangseo-gu Redevelopment and Reconstruction Expert Support Group.
The Expert Support Group consists of 27 specialists in various fields including architecture, urban planning, mechanical equipment, appraisal, and residential environment, and is expected to perform overall preliminary consulting tasks such as cost analysis advice for maintenance projects and review of maintenance plan formulation.
Anyone residing in Gangseo-gu can apply for the "Ask Anything About Redevelopment and Reconstruction!" service by selecting the project type and writing inquiries on the district website (Urban Development News > Housing/City/Real Estate > Urban Development News).
Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon said, "I hope this bulletin board will serve as a medium to clearly resolve residents' questions about maintenance projects," and added, "We will continue to expand ways to assist residents for the revitalization of the aging original downtown and the prompt promotion of projects."
