HLB Panagen Expands Global Business Through Germany's 'Medica'

HLB Panagen is participating in the world's largest medical device exhibition, MEDICA 2024, to explore opportunities for expanding its global business.

MEDICA, held from the 11th to the 14th (local time) in D?sseldorf, Germany, is an exhibition featuring 5,300 companies from about 70 countries worldwide. It is expected to attract more than 83,000 visitors.

Since 2013, HLB Panagen has consistently participated in MEDICA every year, strengthening partnerships with global companies. Through this, it has secured a sales network for diagnostic devices in a total of 29 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

This year as well, HLB Panagen will set up a solo booth at the exhibition hall to actively promote the excellence of its diagnostic devices to potential clients. It aims to expand the supply of diagnostic devices through numerous partnering meetings with global companies that have diagnostic device sales networks. The company plans to strengthen its position in local markets by enhancing cooperation with existing clients while pioneering new markets such as South America by attracting new customers.

Following the acquisition of Biosquare, HLB Panagen has also strengthened its product portfolio showcased at MEDICA. It will introduce cancer diagnostic products with a unique domestic position such as PANAMutyper and OncoTector, as well as infectious disease diagnostic products like the PANA RealTyper™ Human Papillomavirus (HPV) kit. Additionally, it will present Biosquare’s point-of-care testing (PoCT) based in vitro diagnostic products, including QuantumPACK and NanoPACK, which are for influenza and respiratory viruses.
