J-Sco Holdings announced on the 12th that it has decided to increase short-term borrowings by 32 billion KRW to acquire the third private convertible bonds before maturity. This amounts to 50.97% of its equity capital. As a result, J-Sco Holdings' total short-term borrowings have increased to 39.045 billion KRW.
