SPC Samlip announced on the 12th that its food distribution company SPC GFS will absorb and merge with Mons Company, an online and offline food bakery distribution company.
SPC GFS and Mons Company are 100% subsidiaries of SPC Samlip.
The merger date is January 1, 2025.
Regarding the purpose of the merger, SPC Samlip stated, "To expand and scale the business through synergy effects by combining distribution sector corporations."
