In particular, this training actively reflects the voices of low-experience technical public officials and significantly strengthens not only theory but also the field skills acquisition process. The training is conducted on actual sites to allow participants to gain hands-on experience in supervision work.

Furthermore, by utilizing the human and material resources of the Architectural Institute of Korea, which belongs to universities, research institutes, construction companies, architectural offices, and government agencies related to architecture, it is expected that participants will acquire all construction technology experiences from both the public and private sectors.

Kim Gwi-tae, head of the Facilities Division at the Office of Education, said, "I hope this job training will be a good opportunity for low-experience technical public officials to take a step forward," adding, "We will make further efforts not only to support the strengthening of job competencies of technical public officials but also to build a better work environment and improve organizational culture."
