In particular, the company will showcase MLCC products utilizing industry-leading miniaturization and ultra-high capacitance technologies, as well as high-reliability technologies for automotive applications. It will also present next-generation package substrate technologies such as 2.1D package substrates, embedded substrates, and glass substrates, which are evolving in line with the trend toward higher semiconductor performance. Additionally, high-performance camera modules required for the advancement of autonomous driving technology and the expansion of electric vehicles (EVs) will be exhibited.
During the exhibition, Samsung Electro-Mechanics plans to share the roadmap and mid-to-long-term vision of its core growth engines, AI and automotive products, through meetings with major automakers and key server customers. Jang Deok-hyun, President and CEO of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, will personally visit the exhibition hall to communicate with customers and explain technology trends and future plans. President Jang is expected to emphasize the importance of components and materials in the market transition led by smartphones to EVs, autonomous driving, servers, and networks, and subsequently to humanoids, aerospace, and energy sectors.
