On the 12th, Kwon Sang-cheol, CEO of Ubase Group (pictured), held a press conference at the Ubase Client Center located in Yeouido, Seoul, stating, "Through the industry's first integrated operation and technology solution, we aim to lead customer experience innovation and open a new paradigm with AICC services."

U-Qurator aims to provide enhanced experiences for both agents and customers by selecting a vast amount of information through AI to supply optimal solutions.

Ubase completed the AICC solution by combining its 26 years of contact center operation know-how with AI and infrastructure technologies from IT companies such as Wego, Hanil Networks, and Nexus Community. The entire process from solution design to construction, implementation, and operation is integrated and managed by a single entity.

The company explained that this approach can prevent problems that may arise when contact center operations and IT technologies are applied separately. Examples include unclear accountability, system compatibility errors, and high maintenance costs.

Ubase possesses the industry's largest infrastructure with 27,400 seats domestically and internationally. It offers six customizable consultation areas?call intake, counseling, post-processing, management, QA evaluation, and training?according to needs. By strengthening relationships between customers and companies through professional agents equipped with AI capabilities, it plans to establish a virtuous cycle that generates long-term corporate profits.

CEO Kwon expressed his ambition, saying, "We will provide user-centered services that deliver the best value to clients, consumers, and agents alike," adding, "We will redefine the standards of the consultation industry centered on customer experience and lead innovative changes."

Meanwhile, Ubase has been selected as an AICC partner by SK Telecom, and the two companies are showcasing an advanced AICC solution by integrating their technologies.
