During this period, SSG.com will offer vegetables (pickled napa cabbage, pickled radish), salted seafood (fish sauce, fresh oysters, salted shrimp), and seasonings (red pepper powder, garlic) at up to 20% off.
They will also operate a quality guarantee service for the main kimchi ingredient, pickled napa cabbage. SSG.com plans to provide free exchanges or refunds without any conditions if customers request returns due to quality dissatisfaction.
For those who do not make kimchi themselves, known as the 'Gimpo-jok (kimchi-making quitters),' packaged kimchi products are also prepared. About 200 products from brands such as Chosun Hotel, Walkerhill Hotel, Bibigo, Jongga, and Pulmuone will be sold at up to 30% off.
