Coway Opens Brand Experience Store 'Gangdong Direct Store'

Coway announced on the 12th that it has opened a brand experience and sales store, ‘Gangdong Direct Store,’ near Gildong in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The Gangdong Direct Store is the fifth direct store in Seoul, following the Guro headquarters, Gangnam, Yongsan, and Nowon locations. With the opening of the Gangdong store, Coway now operates a total of 17 direct stores nationwide.

The new store is a two-story building with approximately 80 pyeong (about 264 square meters), where customers can find bestsellers such as the Icon Ice Water Purifier and the BEREX Pebble Chair all in one place. Especially, the second floor is designed as a space focused on experiencing mattresses and massage chairs from the sleep and healing care brand ‘BEREX,’ allowing visitors to freely explore and compare various products.

The Coway Gangdong Direct Store is open to anyone without prior reservation, but for smooth experience and consultation, reservations can be made through the official website ‘coway.com.’ It operates daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., except on Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays.

A Coway representative stated, “Since Gangdong-gu has many new apartment sales and move-ins scheduled, we expect high demand for experiencing BEREX products in preparation for moving and wedding gifts. We plan to continuously strengthen customer communication through offline experiential stores so that customers can directly check environmental appliances, mattresses, and massage chairs tailored to their home interior and physical condition and select the optimal products.”
