[Tomorrow's Weather] 22°C in Late Autumn, 3-5°C Warmer Than Usual, Unusually High Temperature... Warm Tuesday Too Yonhap News

On the 11th, as we entered mid-November, temperatures significantly exceeded the average for this period, with some areas recording temperatures among the highest ever for mid-November.

Notably, temperatures in Cheorwon (maximum temperature 20.8°C) and Jeongseon (22.1°C) in Gangwon Province reached the highest levels ever recorded for mid-November since weather observations began in those areas. Hongcheon in Gangwon (21.0°C) recorded the second highest mid-November temperature on record, while Seoul (21.8°C), Dongducheon (21.4°C), Paju (20.2°C), and Chuncheon (20.4°C) recorded the third highest temperatures for mid-November.

On the 12th, the morning low temperatures are expected to range from 6 to 13°C, and the daytime highs from 17 to 22°C, significantly exceeding the average temperatures (morning lows 1 to 10°C, daytime highs 12 to 18°C). The expected minimum and maximum temperatures for major cities are Seoul 10°C and 19°C, Incheon 11°C and 17°C, Daejeon 9°C and 19°C, Gwangju and Daegu 10°C and 20°C, Ulsan 10°C and 21°C, and Busan 13°C and 22°C.

The entire country will be under the influence of high pressure, resulting in clear skies and abundant sunshine. Morning temperatures around 10°C will rise to about 20°C during the day, causing a large temperature difference of 10 to 15 degrees.

With clear skies, radiative cooling will be active overnight, leading to fog formation. Dense fog is expected from the night of the 11th through the morning of the 12th in inland southern Gyeonggi, northern inland Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and inland Gyeongsang regions, reducing visibility to less than 200 meters, so caution is advised.
