On the 11th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated, "Among the 11 people arrested on charges including occupying the tramway and assaulting police officers at the rally hosted by the KCTU, arrest warrants have been requested for 6 individuals with serious charges."

On the 9th, the Yoon Seok-yeol Administration Resignation Movement Headquarters, which included the KCTU, held the '1st General Rally for the Resignation of the Yoon Seok-yeol Administration' around Sejong-daero in Jung-gu, Seoul. During the event, some union members moved onto the roadway outside the designated rally area and took positions, leading to clashes with the police. The police arrested 11 people on the spot, including 10 KCTU union members, on charges such as obstruction of official duties.

The KCTU urged, "Armed police pushed people moving to or sitting at the rally site with shields, provoking clashes," and demanded, "Release all union members who have been booked."
