The training, conducted in two sessions (1st session on the 4th-5th and 2nd session on the 7th-8th), included special lectures on job competency enhancement and planning practice, education to cultivate a mindset of kindness toward the public, and techniques and strategies for organizational communication to help adapt to public service life.
On the first day of training, the Administrative Director of Damyang-gun provided education to junior public officials based on his practical experience, covering report writing skills and the attitude of an honest public official. This was followed by a professional instructor’s lecture titled "The Future of Damyang-gun Created by the Beliefs and Sense of Mission of Public Officials."

Governor Lee Byeong-no emphasized, "As much as you strive tirelessly for your own growth, your capabilities will grow, and through that, the future of Damyang-gun will be determined." He then urged, "Please practice citizen-centered administrative services by communicating and cooperating with each other with the mindset that one step taken by a hundred people is more important than a hundred steps taken alone."
