They will thoroughly check the heating and cooling performance and any functional abnormalities of Samsung Electronics system air conditioners installed at the CSAT test sites to create a comfortable environment. Until the day before the exam, the 13th, specialized engineers will be dispatched to about 250 test sites under the jurisdiction of 10 metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide to measure the refrigerant status of outdoor units, check indoor unit noise, and conduct test operations.
On the exam day, an emergency contact network will be established with regional education offices and test sites, and emergency response personnel will be deployed to operate an immediate support system including urgent on-site service and temporary usage guidance. Samsung Electronics Service stated, "We are making our best efforts, including pre-inspection of system air conditioners and establishing an emergency response system, so that examinees can take the exam in a comfortable environment."

LG Electronics is also conducting pre-inspections of heating and cooling systems ahead of the CSAT day to ensure that examinees take the exam in optimal conditions. Hi-EM Solutec, responsible for maintenance and servicing of LG Electronics system air conditioners, has been visiting CSAT test sites for 15 years since 2010 to check for any operational abnormalities of system air conditioners.
This year, inspections will be conducted at 70 CSAT test sites in Seoul where the country's first ICT-based commercial system air conditioner remote maintenance system, 'LG Beacon Cloud,' has been applied.
Additionally, schools with LG Electronics system air conditioners installed among nationwide CSAT test sites can apply for pre-inspection through the customer center. During the pre-inspection, service engineers will check the condition of outdoor unit fans and overheating, and inspect the system air conditioners inside classrooms to maintain appropriate heating temperatures.
In particular, on the CSAT day, personnel capable of emergency dispatch will be deployed, and a 'hotline' will be established with schools to immediately visit and address any system air conditioner malfunctions.
