On the morning of the 8th, the ‘Dunsan Eliph The Central’ model house in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon was filled with a queue of prospective buyers. This complex attracted attention because it is the first apartment in Daejeon to provide breakfast service and has patrol robots circulating the complex 24 hours a day.

Lee Dong-hyuk, Team Leader of Development Team 2, Development Division 2 at KT Estate, said on the day, "The breakfast service within the complex is provided buffet-style through a business agreement (MOU) with CJ Freshway. Currently, it is planned to have about 70 seats."

He added, "Two patrol robots will also be introduced in the complex. They will work in three shifts, each patrolling the complex for eight hours, and will immediately contact the control room if any risk factors are detected."

Dunsan Eliph The Central is developed on the site of the KT Human Resources Development Center in Goejeong-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and will be supplied as a complex of 10 buildings with 864 households, consisting of three basement floors and 29 above-ground floors. The units are composed of 504 households of 84㎡, 240 households of 99㎡, 65 households of 116㎡, and 55 households of 145㎡. The developer is KT Estate, and Gyeryong Construction is the contractor.

Experience Voice Recognition Wall Pads Equipped with AI Technology

Visitors also showed interest in the voice recognition wall pads. These wall pads, equipped with KT’s artificial intelligence (AI) technology, allow voice control of weather, lighting within the unit, gas, ventilation functions, and elevator calls. A facial recognition system is installed at the entrances of each building within the complex, enabling residents to use facilities without a resident card.

Cleaning robots placed in the community facilities also attracted attention. A total of two robots will be installed to manage the facilities. Robots will also be introduced in the residents’ dining area.

The screen golf course within the community facilities is designed to be spacious relative to the size of the complex. Team Leader Lee explained, "There are seven screen golf bays and two screen rooms." Typically, the number of screen golf bays per complex is about one per 150 to 180 households, but this complex has about one per 120 households.

Additionally, options that are usually provided for a fee in other complexes are offered free of charge here. Glass railings are applied throughout the complex, and storage rooms are provided for each household. Bidets are installed in bathrooms, and indirect lighting is installed in the living room’s tray ceiling.
