Fursys Group is launching ‘Purple Six Studio,’ a specialized office interior brand. Based on data accumulated through office furniture sales, the company plans to provide spaces that realize customers' visions by handling consulting, design, and construction.

On the 8th, Fursys Group held a launch briefing for Purple Six Studio at Plant Hall PH in Gangnam, Seoul. The event theme was ‘Rethinking the office.’


Purple Six Studio builds office environments that support the sustainable growth of companies and their members, based on core expertise to create office spaces reflecting the essence of the business, organizational culture, and working methods. Starting with space strategy development through office environment consulting, the process continues with office design and completes the space through direct construction by the headquarters to ensure the strategy and design are fully realized.


Since its founding in 1983, Fursys has accumulated insights into the entire office space by establishing the Office Environment Research Team in 1999 and launching office environment consulting services in 2008. From 2021, the company has been actively advancing its interior business by organizing the Space Division.


Park Jeong-hee, Vice President and Head of Purple Six Studio, explained, “As a furniture company, we long wondered if we could handle interior work, but after the dedicated interior division was established in 2021, our mindset changed, and we began having serious discussions with customers. Over the past three years, we identified areas for improvement, invited experts, prepared what needed to be strengthened internally, met with customers, and today, we are introducing this new brand.”


The brand name ‘Purple Six’ embodies the harmony of blue, symbolizing the future, reason, and hope, and red, representing the present, emotion, and passion, reflecting a balanced pursuit of all values. The ‘Six’ refers to the smallest perfect number, symbolizing the pursuit of excellence. Through the spaces Purple Six Studio offers, it promises to deliver new sensory experiences beyond the five senses.


The goal is ‘to help realize visions.’ The four core values are ‘unparalleled expertise,’ ‘customer first,’ ‘synesthetic design,’ and ‘utmost transparency.’


One advantage of Purple Six Studio is its ability to provide integrated furniture and moving services needed during the interior process by utilizing Fursys Group’s furniture brands and the corporate moving service, Letters.


Vice President Park said, “Based on the office environment construction capabilities accumulated by Fursys, we will create a new standard for excellent office spaces. Not only will we assist customers by designing and completing actual office spaces, but we will also serve as a brand that communicates diverse discourses on office environments and delivers inspiration, contributing to customers’ sustainable growth.”


However, the interior spaces will not be filled exclusively with Fursys Group furniture. Kim Tae-hee, Team Leader of the Office Environment Research Team, stated, “To create beautiful offices, we will propose furniture without restrictions, regardless of whether it is domestic or overseas.”


The annual sales target is set at over 50 billion KRW within three years. Park Kwang-ho, CEO of Purple Six Studio, said, “Currently, we see this period as a time to solidify our foundation and prepare for the future rather than focusing on sales targets. We plan to achieve over 50 billion KRW by 2027, three years from now.”
