Ourhome announced on the 8th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in the first half of 2025.


This recruitment is divided into general screening and discharged officer screening. Anyone who has graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year university or is expected to graduate in February 2025 can apply regardless of their major. The recruitment positions are ▲Sales ▲Finance/Accounting/Audit ▲Production Support, with a total of 00 openings. Applicants for the sales position must possess a valid driver's license.

Applicants must submit their applications through the Ourhome recruitment website by November 24. The hiring process includes document screening, AI competency tests, practical and executive interviews, and the final onboarding is scheduled for January 2025.


Additionally, during the recruitment period, Ourhome plans to hold on-site recruitment counseling sessions mainly at major universities to communicate with applicants. The counseling sessions will include detailed introductions to the recruitment positions, hiring procedures, and Q&A programs. On the 14th, a recruitment briefing session for military officers will be held in cooperation with the Defense Transition Education Center.

Overseas, starting with participation in SIAL PARIS 2024, the world’s largest food exhibition that ended on the 23rd of last month, Ourhome is actively exploring new market channels.
