Jeil Construction announced on the 7th that it will begin special supply on the 11th for 'Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae,' an apartment complex being built in Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. The model house will open on the 8th in Songjeong-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.
This apartment complex is located in the A1-1BL area of the Gonjiam Station urban development zone. This zone near Gonjiam Station on the Gyeonggang Line is planned to include approximately 3,600 apartment units, commercial districts, schools, and various other living infrastructure facilities.
The complex consists of 7 buildings with 22 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, offering a total of 565 units. By exclusive area, there are ▲ 152 units of 59㎡ Type A ▲ 242 units of 84㎡ Type A ▲ 84 units of 84㎡ Type B ▲ 87 units of 84㎡ Type C. The expected move-in date is August 2027.
It takes 3 to 5 minutes on foot from the complex to Gonjiam Station on the Gyeonggang Line. Using this station, it is possible to reach Pangyo in about 20 minutes and Gangnam Station in about 40 minutes.
The Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Line D is also planned. Once GTX-D opens, it will take only 15 minutes to Samsung Station. Additionally, the extension of the Gyeonggang Line, the Wolpan Line (Wolgot to Pangyo), is scheduled to open by the end of 2029.
The complex is close to Gonjiam IC, allowing access to various highways such as the Jungbu, Gwangju-Wonju, Seoul-Sejong, and the Second Capital Area Circular Expressway. Construction of the Uiwang-Gwangju Expressway is also underway.
This apartment complex is located in a school zone, within walking distance to Gonjiam elementary, middle, and high schools, and is also near the Gonjiam Library.
Within the complex, there is a historical and cultural park, and it is also close to the Gonjiamcheon Riverside Park. The riverside park is currently under development and will feature facilities such as a cultural plaza, bicycle paths, and ground fountains in the future.
All units in this apartment complex are designed mainly as south-facing 4Bay slab-type layouts. Additionally, features such as pantries and wide dressing rooms have been included to enhance the efficiency of living spaces.
Applications for Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae will be accepted in the order of special supply on the 11th, first priority on the 12th, and second priority on the 13th. Winners will be announced on the 21st, and official contracts will be signed from the 2nd to the 4th of the following month.
