Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) announced on the 7th that its University Innovation Support Project Group has selected two Innovation Talent Scholarship recipients.
At the ‘2024 Innovation Talent Scholarship Award Ceremony’ hosted by the University Innovation Support Project General Council last October, Lee Soo-young from the Department of Hotel Medical Tourism Management and Kim Eun-jin from the Department of Education at Shilla University were selected as scholarship recipients and received scholarships and certificates.
Lee Soo-young and Kim Eun-jin were recognized as exemplary students based on a comprehensive evaluation of their excellent academic performance, active participation in extracurricular programs, and concrete plans for future project involvement, leading to their selection as scholarship recipients.
The University Innovation Support Project General Council annually awards the ‘Innovation Talent Scholarship’ to students who demonstrate high participation and outstanding achievements in the project, encouraging active student involvement and enhancing their pride.
Lee Soo-young from the Department of Hotel Medical Tourism Management and Kim Eun-jin from the Department of Education, selected as scholarship recipients, expressed their aspirations, saying, “Through this opportunity, we aim to gain deeper learning and practical experience, and grow into talents who can contribute to industrial development and lead positive change.”
Bae Il-kwon, head of Shilla University’s University Innovation Support Project Group, stated, “We expect students to achieve innovative results in their respective fields,” adding, “We will develop and operate various programs to encourage active participation so that our students can become innovative talents leading future society.”
