'Software Job Coaching Day' is an event co-hosted by the Main-Biz Association and the Korea Startup Forum, with about 100 participants including Main-Biz companies, startup representatives, and job seekers.
The event provided young people aspiring to become software developers with expert lectures, customized consulting on resumes and self-introduction letters, on-site interviews, and various employment skills and practical job opportunities. Ten participants who took part in the interviews received second interview opportunities at IYCNC Co., Ltd. and Cheonmyeong Soft Co., Ltd.
A representative of the Main-Biz Association said, "This event was an important occasion that provided practical networking and hiring opportunities for young people hoping for software development jobs," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the employment capabilities of youth and meet the hiring needs of companies."
Meanwhile, the Main-Biz Association operates the management innovation-type small and medium business certification system, currently discovering and certifying about 23,000 management innovation-type SMEs, and is a small and medium business economic organization with approximately 5,500 regular member companies and 96 branches across 7 federations nationwide.
