"Mission Accomplished" ... Masan Fire Station Holds Inauguration and Farewell Ceremony for Dongmasan Male Volunteer Fire Brigade Chief

The Masan Fire Station of Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, held the inauguration and retirement ceremony for the captain (vice-captain) of the Dongmasan Male Volunteer Fire Brigade in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the station.

"Mission Accomplished" ... Masan Fire Station Holds Inauguration and Farewell Ceremony for Dongmasan Male Volunteer Fire Brigade Chief Inauguration and Farewell Ceremony of the Male and Female Presidents of the Dongmasan Volunteer Fire Brigade Association.

The ceremony, held on the 6th, was attended by Lee Gil-ha, Chief of Masan Fire Station, firefighters, and chairpersons of local self-governing organizations in Changwon City. The event proceeded with the presentation of plaques of appreciation and appointment letters, followed by a commemorative photo session.


Outgoing Captain Jeong Young-je received a plaque of appreciation for his dedicated efforts toward the development of the local community. Incoming Captain Seok Chang-min and Vice-Captain Kim Young-geun will lead the Dongmasan Male Volunteer Fire Brigade of Masan Fire Station for the next three years, working to promote a culture of safety within the community.


Chief Lee Gil-ha expressed, “I sincerely thank the outgoing captain for his dedicated efforts as a local safety guardian, actively responding to various fires and disaster scenes. I hope that the new captain and vice-captain, along with all volunteer firefighters, will cooperate to do their best to protect the lives and property of Changwon citizens.”
