Yangju-si, Recruiting Trainees for 2025 New Year Practical Agricultural Education

Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 6th that it is recruiting trainees for the ‘2025 New Year Practical Agricultural Education’ until December 9.

The ‘New Year Practical Agricultural Education’ is an annual course held at the beginning of each year to review the achievements of the previous year and establish new farming plans. Experts from various fields are invited to provide education aimed at contributing to practical income increase.


This education is a short-term course conducted for farmers and prospective farmers who are residents of Yangju City. It covers a total of 17 courses in 3 fields, including rice farming, soybeans, cucumber and tomato, apple and jujube, floriculture, mushrooms, livestock microorganisms, beekeeping, agricultural leaders, Yangju rice food culture, young farmers, rural experience villages, rural education and healing farms, agricultural law basics, new agricultural trends, agricultural taxation, and local food revitalization.


It is possible to apply for multiple courses, but it is recommended to check the schedule of each course in advance and apply only for the courses that can be attended.


To apply, submit a pre-application form by choosing one of the following methods: the pre-application Google Form, searching for ‘Yangju City Agricultural Technology Center’ on KakaoTalk and accessing the link in the ‘2025 New Year Practical Agricultural Education’ post, or scanning the QR code on the promotional materials.
