Campaign to Promote Rice Consumption and Eating Breakfast
Held Ahead of 'Nongupinui Nal' on the 11th

Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju (District Mayor Park Byung-gyu) held the "Rice Spirit! Rice Power! Garaetteok DAY" event on the 6th in the lobby on the first floor of the district office to commemorate the 29th Farmers' Day (November 11) and to promote the consumption of domestic rice.

This event was organized to help farmers facing difficulties due to the decrease in rice consumption and the drop in rice prices, and to take time to reflect on the importance of expanding domestic rice consumption and agricultural products.

A Gwangsan-gu official stated, "We hope you will continue to participate in the breakfast campaign for stabilizing rice prices and expanding rice consumption," adding, "We will do our best to ensure domestic rice consumption through various projects in the future."
