"‘Gyeonggi Alley Going Dal’ Achieves 710 Million Won in Sales Over One Month"

Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization recorded sales of 710 million KRW through the online product promotion event "Gyeonggi Alley Travel Month," which offered 50% discounts on 43 travel products across 13 alleys in the province from September 30 to October 27.


This promotion was conducted through the integrated travel platform "Yeo-gi-eo-ddae," with 672 customers purchasing 1,078 alley experience tickets and 3,896 accommodation rooms sold.

Applying an average companion number of 2.38 per alley experience ticket purchaser and accommodation coupon (based on the 2023 Accommodation Sale Festa performance analysis by the Korea Tourism Organization), the total estimated number of visitors enjoying autumn travel in Gyeonggi alleys is approximately 10,350 people.


A Gyeonggi Province official stated, "This 'Gyeonggi Alley Travel Month' promotion was successfully held thanks to the active participation of alley stakeholders," adding, "We will continue to discover and commercialize various attractions of Gyeonggi alleys that meet customer demand, contributing to regional tourism revitalization through the transformation of alleys into tourism resources."
