This performance was planned as part of the "2024 Childcare Festival" to express gratitude for the dedication and hard work of childcare staff and to relieve their job-related stress.

Additionally, it conveyed the warm message that "children are not raised, but grow," sharing an educational significance as well.

The musical "Ludwig: Beethoven the Piano" is an original work that explores the meaning of life and human anguish through the conflict between Beethoven and his nephew. The story, which unfolds as Beethoven tries to make his nephew, who wants to become a soldier, his successor, was portrayed movingly.

A childcare teacher who watched the performance said, "It was convenient to participate because the performance was held nearby after work, and it was nice to spend time solely for myself after a long time."

Currently, the city operates various job stress relief programs such as color therapy and mental care consulting to improve the welfare of childcare staff, and plans to continue preparing diverse welfare programs to lead the improvement of the childcare environment.
