The cadastral resurvey project is a national initiative to correct discrepancies between the registered details in the cadastral register and the actual status of the land, and to convert paper cadastral maps into digital cadastral data. This project is promoted for efficient national land management and protection of citizens' property rights.

Archiwool 1 District, located near the Archiwool Village Hall in Acheon-dong, Guri City, consists of 172 parcels with a total area of 62,029 square meters. The budget for this cadastral resurvey project, amounting to 39,339,000 KRW, will be funded by national government support.

Following the establishment of the implementation plan for this project, the city plans to hold a residents' briefing session and, after securing consent from landowners representing at least two-thirds of the area within the project district, apply to Gyeonggi Province for designation of the project district.

Mayor Baek Gyeong-hyeon of Guri City stated, "Through the cadastral resurvey project, the utilization and value of the land will increase, and boundary disputes between neighbors will be resolved," adding, "We ask for the citizens' keen interest and active participation."
