Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will participate in the world's largest smart city exhibition and expo for the first time among urban development corporations nationwide.
GH announced that it will participate in the 'Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC)' held from the 5th to the 7th (local time) in Barcelona, Spain.
SCEWC is an event held annually in Spain since 2011, with over 1,100 companies from 104 countries participating last year and more than 25,000 visitors attending.

GH set up a 60㎡ exclusive pavilion under the catchphrase 'S.M.A.R.T GH' with five themes: Safe, Managing, Adaptive, Resilient, and Technical.
The Safe theme features modular housing that won the Presidential Award for eco-friendly smart building technology; the Managing theme introduces the AI Care Platform, a life management platform to prevent solitary deaths; the Adaptive theme showcases the Gwangmyeong Hagon NET-ZERO Park aiming for carbon neutrality; and the Resilient theme presents GH’s equity accumulation housing and spatial welfare.
In the Technical theme, GH will demonstrate autonomous driving technology from Pangyo and an autonomous disinfection robot operating at GH’s new Gwanggyo headquarters.
Kim Se-yong, CEO of GH, stated, "Through this global exhibition in the smart city sector, we hope to promote not only GH’s smart city technological capabilities but also our urban construction and management skills worldwide, laying the foundation for building global partnerships."
