Busan Urban Corporation Accepting Applications for New Head of Planning and Management Division Until the 19th

Term of 3 Years, Applications Accepted from November 4 to 19 Until 5 PM

Busan Urban Corporation will begin the search for a new Executive Director to succeed Park Su-sang, Head of the Planning and Management Division, whose term expires on December 23.

The Executive Recommendation Committee (ERC) of Busan Urban Corporation announced on the 4th that it will publicly recruit candidates for the new Executive Director of the Planning and Management Division.

The term is three years, and compensation will be paid according to an annual salary contract.

The ERC outlined the qualifications as follows: ▲ Candidates with more than 10 years of experience working at a listed company and possessing professional expertise in related fields ▲ Candidates with more than 10 years of experience as a public official ▲ Candidates with more than 15 years of experience working in related organizations such as urban development, construction, and real estate (public institutions, local public enterprises, etc.) ▲ Candidates who can produce management results through a firm commitment to reform and vision presentation. The application submission period is until 5 p.m. on November 19.

The selection process for the new Head of the Planning and Management Division will proceed in three stages: public recruitment of candidates, review and recommendation by the ERC, and appointment by the President of Busan Urban Corporation. The ERC will conduct document screening and interview evaluations (which may be omitted), recommend at least twice the number of planned hires to the President of Busan Urban Corporation, and the final appointment will follow.
