To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Kia held a marathon event on the 2nd at Gwanggyo Lake Park in Suwon, with employees participating. A total of 2,842 employees from all departments and their families took part. To commemorate the 80th anniversary, participants ran an 8 km course shaped like the number 8 around Woncheon Lake and Shindae Lake in the park. On one side of the event venue, a Heritage Zone was set up, displaying the three-wheeled T-600, the small purpose-built vehicle PV1, the electric vehicle EV3, and the pickup truck Tasman, along with various other activities.
