Hyundai Construction Showcases Advanced AI Life Even in Occupied Complexes

Hyundai Construction announced on the 3rd that it is creating a differentiated residential environment by applying the advanced AI technology-integrated ‘H Series’ to the completed Hillsstate complexes.

Hyundai Construction recently applied the ‘H Series’ to Hillsstate Bongdam, located in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and held a resident experience event. The ‘H Series’ installed in Hillsstate Bongdam, which was completed in 2021, consists of three new items: H Clean Farm, H Healthy Pleasure, and H Upcycling, marking the first time these have been applied within a Hillsstate complex.

H Clean Farm, established in a 49.5㎡ culture lounge within the complex, is a smart farm featuring an AI-sealed cultivation system that artificially controls environmental factors necessary for plant growth such as light, temperature, and humidity, allowing residents to harvest crops without worrying about pollutants.

The vegetables grown in Hillsstate Bongdam’s H Clean Farm include European varieties such as Butterhead and Crispiano. Residents can enjoy safe and fresh food directly within the complex, and surplus vegetables can be sold to generate additional income.

H Healthy Pleasure, designed to promote residents’ health, is installed in the GX room within the community facilities. This device provides customized exercise solutions through AI body shape analysis and allows residents to work out alone without a trainer using motion recognition-based coaching. Additionally, through music and video projection, multiple people can enjoy exercising together like a game.

H Upcycling, which supports recycling separation, features an AI recycle robot that collects only recyclable PET bottles, increasing resource reuse rates. At the same time, residents can accumulate points through the ‘Return’ app, which is expected to receive strong positive responses from residents.

A Hyundai Construction official said, “We planned this experience opportunity hoping that existing Hillsstate residents can enjoy a healthy and pleasant living environment through the new ‘H Series.’ Since these services are provided in community spaces, we expect them to contribute not only to improving the quality of life for all residents but also to revitalizing the community culture within the complex.”
