This recruitment is for general administrative positions, and anyone without disqualifications according to Kbiz’s personnel regulations can apply. The hiring method is a “regular employee (Grade 5) linked internship,” where candidates undergo a two-month internship in an operational department, and outstanding interns will be converted to regular employees.

Park Kyung-mi, Head of Human Resources at Kbiz, said, “We plan to hire talented individuals who take responsibility for their assigned tasks with an open mind and a willingness to learn, and who have the passion to personally practice small changes for a brighter future of SMEs.” She added, “Starting this year, we have significantly relaxed application requirements by removing language test restrictions and expanding the number of candidates eligible for the written exam, thereby opening the door wider for recruitment. Through open recruitment, we will select capable talents fairly and without prejudice.”

Applications will be accepted from the 5th to the 21st, and additional information related to recruitment can be found on the dedicated Kbiz recruitment website and the Kbiz homepage.
