Transformed into ET with Husband
Hosting Halloween Party Since 2000
Global supermodel Heidi Klum (51) transformed into the alien 'ET' this Halloween.
Heidi Klum and her husband Tom Kaulitz attended the '23rd Heidi Klum Halloween Party' held at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York, USA, on October 31 (local time), dressed as ET. Klum has been hosting a Halloween party every year since 2000, known for her bold costumes. She has earned the nickname "the woman born for Halloween."

To celebrate Halloween 2024, she transformed into the protagonist of the 1982 science fiction film 'ET' directed by Steven Spielberg. The reason for summoning a character from 40 years ago was because "ET has no genitalia." She was fascinated by the idea that "(regardless of gender) we are all the same." A self-proclaimed fan of ET, she said, "I thought it would be fun to become a cute ET, and if there were two ETs, the fun would double," and transformed into ET alongside her husband.

The ET costume was made by a designer who had created several of Klum's Halloween outfits, using a 3D printer. It featured a zipper running from the head to the spine, with fake skin pieces covering the zipper and seams.
Klum, born in 1973, was the first German to be selected as an 'Angel' for the lingerie brand Victoria's Secret. She is well known domestically as the host of the fashion audition program 'Project Runway' and as a judge on 'America's Got Talent.'
Over the years, Heidi Klum has transformed into characters such as a gorilla, a vampire, the Indian goddess Kali, as well as Betty Boop and Jessica Rabbit.
