Korea Citibank Appoints Hwang Jaewon as Executive Director of Commercial Division, Large Corporate Finance Headquarters

Korea Citibank announced on the 1st that it has appointed Hwang Jaewon, Head of the Large Corporate Finance Division, as Executive Director of the Commercial Business Division.

Executive Director Hwang joined Citibank in 2001 and has held various roles including Large Corporate Finance Credit Officer, Business Head of the Mid-sized Market at Citibank Los Angeles, and Head of the Korea Desk for the North America (NAM) and Latin America (NATAM) regions at Citibank New York. With over 23 years of extensive experience in corporate banking, he has led the Large Corporate Finance Division since 2021, significantly contributing to the growth of the corporate finance business. Executive Director Hwang graduated from Korea University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature and completed his MBA at New York University, Stern School of Business.

Korea Citibank announced that as of the 1st, Hwang Jae-won, Head of the Corporate Banking Division, will be appointed as Executive Director of the Commercial Business Division.
