Service Cooperation in 9 Asian Regions Including Vietnam
DevSisters announced on the 1st that it has signed an Asia region publishing contract for 'Cookie Run: OvenSmash' with the publisher and developer 'VNGGames,' headquartered in Vietnam.
Cookie Run: OvenSmash is a new mobile title under development by DevSisters' studio Press A, combining the casual charm unique to Cookie Run with strategic action in a real-time battle action game. It features distinctive 3D-rendered cookies engaging in dynamic action skills and strategic brawls. The new title, targeted for release in 2025, will undergo global user testing in the first quarter of next year to verify gameplay and stability.
VNGGames is a specialized publishing company that has introduced major global games such as PUBG Mobile, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Call of Duty Mobile to Vietnam. It also operates popular tech products in various fields, including 'Zalo,' well-known as Vietnam's national mobile messenger, electronic payments, and cloud services.
DevSisters plans to leverage VNGGames' global competitiveness and operational expertise, with branches across Asia, to establish a localized service strategy and further elevate the success scale of the new title in the Asian region, where Cookie Run already has a strong basic awareness.
A representative from DevSisters stated, "Since VNGGames has rich experience in game operations centered on real-time matching and competitive play, we expect that the local service of the real-time battle action genre 'Cookie Run: OvenSmash' will also be successfully led."
