According to major foreign media such as Sputnik, Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, said at a briefing that day, "I do not have relevant information," and added, "That is specialized information and should be inquired about with the Ministry of Defense."


Spokesperson Peskov stated that the "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty" signed between Russia and North Korea implies cooperation in all fields, and no one should be afraid or concerned about it.
