Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital Donates 100 Million KRW for Winter Heating Expenses to Vulnerable Groups to the Korean Red Cross Gyeongnam Chapter

On the 30th, Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital in Gyeongnam delivered 100 million KRW in winter heating expenses for vulnerable groups through the Gyeongnam branch of the Korean Red Cross.

On this day, the hospital held a fund transfer ceremony with the Gyeongnam branch of the Korean Red Cross, and the funds are scheduled to be distributed to vulnerable groups through Changwon City.


Since 2010, Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital has been engaged in various donation activities through the Korean Red Cross, and last year as well, it supported 100 million KRW for heating expenses for vulnerable groups in Changwon City through the Korean Red Cross.


Director Choi Kyunghwa said, “Winter is a season that is difficult for everyone to endure, but there are neighbors who feel even greater hardship,” adding, “We hope this winter heating support will be a source of strength to endure the winter.”


Park Heesoon, chairman of the Gyeongnam branch, said, “We hope that the heating expense support will help neighbors in need have a warm winter. We ask for much interest and participation so that this kind of donation culture can spread.”
