Namyangju Youth Mental Health Center and Youth Cooperative Sign Business Agreement

For the Promotion of Mental Health Welfare Among Youth

The Youth Mental Health Center affiliated with the Namyangju City Mental Health Welfare Center and the Namyangju City Youth Cooperative signed a business agreement on the 25th to promote the mental health welfare of Namyangju City youth.

The Youth Mental Health Center affiliated with the Namyangju City Mental Health Welfare Center and the Namyangju Youth Cooperative announced on the 29th that they signed a business agreement on the 25th to promote the mental health welfare of young people in Namyangju City.

This agreement was promoted to strengthen the cooperative system between the two organizations so that young people can receive higher quality mental health services and to establish a foundation for young people to grow into healthy members of society.

The Namyangju Youth Mental Health Center is the first specialized mental health center for youth opened in Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province, providing mental health services to adolescents and young people aged 15 to 34 in Namyangju.

The Namyangju Youth Cooperative is the only youth cooperative in the district, established in July with the goals of activating youth social participation, providing employment and startup consulting, planning cultural and artistic events, and engaging in social contribution activities.

Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to further expand youth mental health support services and help young people establish a stable psychological foundation within society. It is expected that this will enable young people in Namyangju City to healthily establish their identity and improve their quality of life.

Jung Tae-sik, director of the Namyangju Public Health Center, said, "I hope this agreement will be an important start that can provide practical help to young people in Namyangju City," and added, "I hope the Youth Mental Health Center and the Youth Cooperative will cooperate with each other and do their best so that young people can live healthy and happy lives."
