- Digital Drawing Encountered at a Traditional Hanok Gallery
The digital drawing exhibition "Drawing Memories" will be held from the 20th to the 24th of next month at Gagosipo, a hanok gallery in Jongno.
Hosted by the online community Nadchal, this exhibition features 35 emerging digital drawing artists.
Digital drawing using iPad Procreate is a new art genre that can express textures and vivid colors that are difficult to achieve with physical materials such as brushes, paper, and paint.
At this exhibition, visitors can experience a variety of works that expand the possibilities of digital art through the creative attempts of emerging artists.
Na-young Kwon, CEO of Nayoung Calligraphy Workshop, stated, "I hope this event, which is the result of two years of effort through the daily challenge, will be an opportunity for artists to take a new leap forward."
"Drawing Memories" features works created with various keywords such as daily life, nature, and dreams, along with invited artists Dubax and Iio’s works, as well as three outstanding pieces selected through a contest.
The exhibition will be open for free viewing at the Gagosipo Gallery from November 20th to 24th.
