KOSPI-listed company Aprogen announced on the 28th that it will additionally acquire 50 million shares of its affiliate AP Healthcare, which operates in pharmaceutical wholesale, for 25 billion KRW.
After the acquisition, Aprogen's stake in AP Healthcare will be 46%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is November 1.
Aprogen stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to improve corporate governance."
