Daejin University University Job Plus Center has been operating the 'Finding My Strengths Challenge,' a self-understanding program for lower-grade students, for participants in the Build-Up Project of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's customized employment service for enrolled students since the 22nd.

According to Daejin University on the 28th, the customized employment service for enrolled students is a program that provides early personalized employment services based on one-on-one in-depth counseling from the enrollment stage, supporting everything from exploring the world of work to successful employment. Daejin University has assigned dedicated counselors for each college to operate one-on-one customized counseling and various extracurricular programs.

This program was planned to help students who have not set career goals recognize and share common issues and improve confidence through team activities. Participating students expressed that "the program was a great opportunity to learn about my strengths."
