Yeongju City in Gyeongbuk Province will significantly increase the accumulation rate of the mobile Yeongju Love Gift Certificate from the existing 10% to 15% starting November 1 until the budget is exhausted.

This measure aims to restore weakened consumer sentiment during the year-end and New Year period, boost sales for small business owners, and revitalize the local economy.


With this measure, 15% of the payment amount will be accumulated when paying with the mobile Yeongju Love Gift Certificate. The maximum monthly accumulation amount is 60,000 KRW, allowing consumers to enjoy shopping more economically. In particular, when paying at Good Price Stores, an additional 5% accumulation benefit is added, enabling up to 20% cashback.


The mobile Yeongju Love Gift Certificate can be purchased through the local gift certificate Chak app, with a monthly purchase limit maintained at 400,000 KRW. The paper Yeongju Love Gift Certificate can be purchased at a 10% discount with a monthly limit of 200,000 KRW at sales agencies such as Nonghyup, post offices, and Saemaeul Geumgo, as before.


Mayor Park Nam-seo stated, “Through this increase in the accumulation rate of the mobile Yeongju Love Gift Certificate, we will alleviate the economic burden on citizens and contribute to revitalizing the local commercial district to make Yeongju a better place to live.”
