Mayor Joo Gwang-deok's Career Special Lecture "Steps Toward Dreams" at Namyangju Dasan High School

Namyangju Mayor Joo Gwang-deok is conducting a 'Visiting Career Special Lecture' for first-year students at Namyangju Dasan High School on the 25th.

On the 25th, Namyangju City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 28th that it conducted a "Visiting Career Special Lecture" for 333 first-year students at Namyangju Dasan High School.

During this special lecture, Mayor Joo Gwang-deok held a session with the students under the theme "Steps Toward Dreams," discussing dreams and hopes.

In particular, Mayor Joo likened the process of realizing dreams to planting seeds, emphasizing the importance of having a mindset that supports one's own dreams. He encouraged the students by explaining that just as a farmer carefully tends to seeds to yield abundant fruit, students can achieve great results by nurturing the dreams they hold.

Mayor Joo Gwang-deok conveyed hope and courage to the students, saying, "As you accumulate experiences overcoming conflicts and temptations encountered on the path to achieving your dreams, you will develop pride and confidence in yourself. Realizing the dreams that make you most yourself will be the driving force to endure life."

A student who attended the special lecture shared, "Through the mayor's words, I realized the preciousness of dreams. It was an opportunity to think concretely about what kind of person I want to become by achieving my dreams."

Meanwhile, this special lecture was the fourth session following those held at △ Simseok High School △ Pyeongnae High School △ Dasan Hangang Elementary School, and the city provides various high-quality career and academic programs, including the "Visiting Career Special Lecture," to support students' dreams and career paths.
