President Yoon Suk-yeol's approval rating for his administration's performance slightly rebounded but remained in the low 20% range. Support increased in Seoul and among people in their 30s, preventing the approval rating from hitting a new low for now.

According to a public opinion poll released on the 28th by Realmeter (commissioned by Energy Economy Newspaper, conducted from the 21st to the 25th with 2,510 respondents aged 18 and older, using 97% mobile and 3% landline automated response method. The margin of error is ±2.0% at a 95% confidence level, and the response rate was 2.7%), President Yoon's approval rating rose by 0.5 percentage points from the previous weekly survey to 24.6%. Negative evaluations decreased by 0.9 percentage points to 71.4%.

President Yoon's approval rating has remained in the 20% range for five consecutive weeks since recording 25.8% in the fourth week of September. The slight increase in approval this week was due to rises in Seoul (22.9%→27.8%), Busan·Ulsan·Gyeongnam (26.0%→29.9%), and among people in their 30s (18.4%→24.4%).

In the party support survey (commissioned by Energy Economy Newspaper, conducted from the 24th to 25th with 1,004 respondents aged 18 and older, using 97% mobile and 3% landline automated response method. The margin of error is ±3.1% at a 95% confidence level, and the response rate was 2.7%), the Democratic Party of Korea's support dropped by 1.0 percentage point to 43.2%, while the People Power Party's support rose by 1.3 percentage points to 32.6%.
