Ukraine: "North Korean Troops Expected to Deploy to Combat Zones on 27th-28th"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky predicted that North Korean troops dispatched to Russia would be deployed to the combat zone on the 27th to 28th.

On the 18th (local time), the Ukrainian Military Strategic Communication and Information Security Center (SPRAVDI) released a video showing soldiers presumed to be North Korean lining up to receive Russian supplies.

On the 25th (local time), President Zelensky stated on Telegram, "I received a report from Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, regarding the dispatch of North Korean troops."

In this regard, President Zelensky called it a "clear escalation" and urged the West to apply "substantial pressure" on Russia and North Korea.

The previous day, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense Intelligence Directorate announced that North Korean troops were spotted on the 23rd in Kursk, mainland Russia, where Ukrainian forces are conducting operations.
