Kang Gi-seong, Director of the Busan Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, visited Dong-Eui Science College for the SME recruitment linkage project.
The meeting was attended by Kim Young-do, President of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology; Kim Tae-kyung, Director of the International Cooperation Office; Lim Dong-hyun, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Office; Kang Ki-sung, Head of the Busan Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration; Seo Jong-pil, Growth Support Manager; and Ha Kyung-su, Officer.
This visit was arranged to actively promote the employment linkage project for foreign international students in SMEs, as there are limits to resolving the chronic labor shortage faced by SMEs due to a decrease in production workforce and young people’s reluctance to seek employment domestically.

President Kim Young-do of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology said, “This was a very important time to introduce Korean SMEs to international students and to transform the new paradigm of studying abroad by strengthening professional capabilities through employment in Korean companies.”
Kang Ki-sung, Head of the Busan Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, said, “We will continue to cooperate with related organizations to improve the quality of education at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology and will do our best to ensure the successful implementation of the employment linkage project.”
