On the 24th, Okjeong 2-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province (Dongjang Lee Yoon-gyu) announced that the local public Yurimsup Daycare Center (Director Lee Ji-eun) donated 740,000 won as a neighbor-helping fund to be used for supporting vulnerable groups in the area.
This donation holds special meaning as it was raised through the participation of parents and children at a bazaar held by the public Yurimsup Daycare Center on the 18th, where everyone contributed bit by bit.
The donated funds will be entrusted to the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest and are planned to be used for the "Okjeong 2-dong Village Welfare Support Project" to assist vulnerable groups facing economic difficulties.
Additionally, a local official explained that the ongoing "Love Temperature 100℃ Campaign" has reached a love temperature of 84℃ thanks to this donation.
