Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Obtains 6-Month Exclusive Use Rights for New Hi-Car Driver Accident Insurance

Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on the 24th that its New Hi-Car Driver Injury Insurance, which offers premium benefits for safe driving, has obtained a 6-month exclusive usage right.

Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance defines customers with 3 years of accident-free driving and 3 years of subscription history as "safe drivers" and developed the industry's first driver insurance specifically for safe drivers.

Customers who meet the criteria of 3 years accident-free and 3 years subscription history at the time of enrollment can subscribe to the driver insurance at a discounted rate. Those who initially subscribed as general drivers can switch to the safe driver category once they meet the conditions over time.

Auto insurance contracts are based on the vehicle, so accidents caused by family members are also aggregated. In contrast, this safe driver category only recognizes accidents caused by the insured driver’s own fault, adding precision and benefits.
