[Concall] SK Hynix "Reducing Legacy Processes and Focusing on HBM3E"

On the 24th, SK Hynix stated during its Q3 earnings conference call that regarding the surge in demand for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), "We are making the necessary investments to meet the secured customer demand for next year, but it is also true that the company's production capacity has limits in responding to all the increased demand beyond the initial plan."

They continued, "Customer demand for HBM3E products is increasing faster than expected," adding, "The company plans to respond to additional customer demand as much as possible by quickly transitioning legacy technologies used in HBM3 and DDR4 to advanced processes, reducing production of products with slowing demand, and focusing on expanding HBM3E production."
