'North Korean Troop Deployment' Video Emerges Again... Clear "Himdeuldaya"

Suspected North Korean Soldiers... Standing in Line Talking and Smoking
Clearly Audible North Korean Accent... Presumed Primorsky Krai Unit
Evidence Unveiled Following NIS Announcement of 'Start of Participation'

Following the announcement by the National Intelligence Service that North Korea has deployed special forces to the Russian battlefield, multiple pieces of evidence have been emerging. A video filmed at a unit in Russia's Far East Primorsky Krai region clearly captures numerous individuals presumed to be North Korean soldiers, along with voices speaking in a North Korean accent.

The Russian independent media outlet ASTRA posted on its Telegram channel on the 22nd (local time), stating, "Here is another piece of evidence that North Korean troops exist in Primorsky Krai," and shared a video showing several soldiers presumed to be North Korean. ASTRA explained that the video depicts "the arrival of North Korean troops at the base of the 44980 unit under the 127th Motor Rifle Division of the Russian Ground Forces located in Serkievsky, Vladivostok."

The person filming in the video speaks in Yakut, a language used in the Siberian region, saying, "A fine allied force from North Korea has arrived." The presumed North Korean soldiers are seen gathering in groups of three or four, conversing or smoking. Although the speaker is unidentified, clear North Korean-accented phrases such as "It's tough" and "It's late" are also heard.

After the National Intelligence Service confirmed the commencement of North Korean troop participation, materials indicating the deployment have been released one after another. Ukraine's Strategic Communications and Information Security Center (SPRAVDI), under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, released footage of North Korean soldiers receiving supplies, and the US CNN obtained and reported on a Korean-language survey form used for distributing supplies.
