Ulsan Real Estate Academy... Introduction to Government Policies and Education on Preventing Jeonse Fraud

Ulsan City will hold the "2nd Real Estate Academy" with the people of Ulsan at 10 a.m. on the 22nd in the main auditorium on the 2nd floor of the City Hall main building.


This lecture was prepared to help stabilize housing by sharing information that can prevent various government real estate policies and jeonse fraud damage.


The training will be conducted for about 400 citizens who were selected on a first-come, first-served basis since September 19. The training will be divided into Part 1 and Part 2.


In Part 1, Park Won-gap, Senior Specialist at Kookmin Bank, will give a lecture titled "Real Estate Survival Strategy," focusing on the current government's real estate policies and real estate market trends.


Part 2 will feature Attorney Lee Min-ho's lecture on "Prevention of Jeonse Damage and Real Estate Transaction Accidents," focusing on how to prevent jeonse fraud damage and case law related to real estate transaction accidents, followed by Tax Accountant Jo Kyung-rae's lecture on "Easy-to-Understand Tax Knowledge and Tax Saving Strategies."


Kim Doo-gyeom, Mayor of Ulsan, said, "Real estate is the root of life that has existed throughout human history and has continuous economic value, so there is a lot of interest, but related laws are complex and require professional knowledge," adding, "I hope this academy will be a good opportunity to understand various government real estate policies well and learn safe transactions."
