Actress Moon Geun-young (37), once known as the nation's little sister, denied rumors of health issues and asked people to "support my diet instead of worrying." On the 21st, Moon Geun-young took to her social media (SNS) saying, "I really wanted to say this," and added, "More people than I expected have been worried about my health, and I am grateful." She attended the Netflix series 'Hellbound 2' press conference held at JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and revealed that there was something she couldn't say during the event.

Moon Geun-young said, "I have a request to the reporters," and asked, "Please make sure to report that I am completely cured and currently in very, very good health." She continued, "Although I have gained a little weight, I watch my own brutally honest videos every day and am dieting, so I hope you will support my diet success instead of worrying about my health now."

Following season 1, 'Hellbound 2,' directed by Yeon Sang-ho, depicts a world thrown into greater chaos by the ongoing path to hell. Moon Geun-young makes a special appearance as Teacher Haetsalban, a key figure in the cult group Arrowhead. Regarding this character, Moon said, "I was excited to take on a new character," and added, "The director gave me a very attractive character, so I filmed enthusiastically with the mindset of 'Let's have fun, I've found my element.'"

Previously, in 2017, Moon Geun-young revealed through her agency that she was suffering from acute compartment syndrome and underwent surgery four times. Compartment syndrome is a condition where increased pressure within compartments divided by fascia or bone in the arms or legs leads to swelling and necrosis. Although Moon was later surrounded by rumors of health problems, fortunately, she has since reported significant improvement in her condition.
